I don't think I've seen someone get knocked off their high horse this hard since Christopher Reeve.
:D
So, there I was, preparing to run Bastion of Lok on my lowbie 'zerker when suddenly a Wild Trellnor appeared!
With my superior evasive maneuvering, I looped around behind the target and tracked him as he made his way through the lowbie zone attempting to find targets. All the while, my guildee, and chaperone for Bastion of Lok, The the Slayer, was enroute. Dutifully remaining perilously close to the aggressor, I provided clear directions for an intercept trajectory.
Once the fighting commenced, I swapped to my main to ensure that our new found prey would not rush to a safe zone. I arrived, assisted in securing the kill, and we were met with a spastic barrage of ragetastic garbage. It appears that even though The is clearly still alive in the screenshot provided, he 'lost', and that #'s are an effective form of communication.
Not being one to let such hilarity pass, especially after seeing this wonderfully boastful thread on the forum, I commenced with screenshotting. The first exhibit, is immediately after the fight, with The still alive, negating claims by Trellnor that The had in fact, 'lost'. The second exhibit is a zoomed in shot of the chat, so our fearless lancer could share his astounding wisdom with the rest of the forum.
Exhibit #1:
Exhibit #2:
As you may have noticed, there is an additional event listed in Exhibit #2, our skillful Lancer was not finished with his quest of Lowbie Domination just yet!
Having successfully cleared Bastion of Lok, my next quest location was Celestial Hills. Need I say what shock I experienced at seeing our Dear Trellnor scouring the landscape for low level players to kill? After recovering from my momentary glee, I indicated to The that Trellnor was in the area. As he was already present in order to speed up the numerous BAM quests in the area, The once again prepared himself for battle.
Utilizing a little known Popolian baiting method, I successfully lured the Wild Trellnor towards our trap, with The cleverly placed behind one of the many structures in the area. After repeated attempts by Trellnor to leash me (Popori Evasive Maneuvering, too strong!), I ran him past a final pillar whereupon he was reacquainted with my guildee The.
Clearly not wanting to experience a repeat of his last loss, Trellnor immediately began the fight by blowing consumables, attempting to gain every bit of edge over his opponent. Unfortunately, in a series of events that everyone saw coming, The slew the Wild Trellnor on the fields of Celestial Hills, entirely without aid, and quite soundly.
I present, Exhibit #3:
I truly hope we get to see some of this glorious footage in your next video, especially this vaunted 60s compilation where you beat the hel...oh, nevermind.
Go ahead and cry more about The having 'no skill', it's part of the game to be able to beat baddies who have to fight opponents that can't fight effectively fight back. PvP happened, and then you raged.
I guess we could chalk up your losses to fighting in my presence. My e-fame has been known to cause distractions for a number of folks.
