I know it's not a huge deal but I ran across this when not logged into your site.
When you go to purchase EME points and you aren't logged in there is a spelling error under the different amounts you can select. I quote the sentence via copy/paste.
"You must log in to continue with the purchase. It really helps us in connecting you purchase to your account."
I believe the second sentence should read as - "It really helps us in connecting YOUR purchase to your account.

Oh man I dont know where some people get such sense of entitlement in their lives.
Bottom line is this. You created an account and digitally signed a ToS agreement. Go read the agreement and it states that En Masse can pretty much do whatever they please with the form of entertainment YOU chose to buy into. Take your entitlement somewhere else.
A refund is in order if you are pleased? Sure. Can you be upset about a quest not working? Sure. I guess the flame is on me because im wondering where the entitlement you harbor comes from.
TL:DR - En Masse can do whatever they want. Who cares about your opinion. Is it right? No one cares.

The rarest are tanks, then healers, then any DD class (archer being the rarest DD class). At least on my server it is. I enjoy archers, from a healers perspective, as they add range to the group instead of all melee. All melee gets annoying to heal at times.

This just proves this isn't your run of the mill MMO. Each group member needs to be aware and not sit in mob abilities like the belly floppers in GL. Healers and DD classes need to watch for those things happening and adjust accordingly. It's not the tank as he/she can only do so much. After that it's individual awareness that provides a successful group.
