Why should I do any of this when I can simply post here where it's appropriate? Why is it wrong to talk about the topic at hand, IN the topic at hand?

I'm being lectured? Listen, I didn't use a disrespectful term; If using “Hey you†towards someone you do not know is a crime then my god, why aren't their more people incarcerated!?

Yet you addressed me like an a-hole. Despite the fact that I neither said or did a thing to you. If you have a problem with my "attitude" you could've simply sent me a message saying "Hey you! I personally don't think your message was appropriate, it would be great if you toned it down, thanks!" like someone with manners would. Instead, you doll out a 5-6 post tirade (quoting me in a number of them) while I'm sleep and now... I truly don't have the sheer willpower needed to muster a respectful response to each and every point, so I'll simply respond to this one post, which ends with:

Clearly I think the world revolves around me—why? Because I legitimately want answers pertaining to a product I purchased? If something you purchased is suddenly missing pieces and the fault lies on the company, do you go “Oh well, that’s fine. Who needs this thing that I actually liked anyway! I won’t question a thing!â€
People voiced their concerns about the new colors and you seem fine with that, yet I make an issue of the other content which was completely removed and you have a fit? Because you don’t like the way I speak? So that’s enough to go on a tirade and lecture someone addressing them in a far "harsher" tone? Because you are above politeness now because the term “you†is an unforgivable insult? I’m totally astounded by you and am quite curious to know the thought processes at work behind it (not really, but I am astounded nonetheless). I mean, really? All this because I said “you You should count how many times I used the word “you†in this post alone by the way, and gauge how insulted you (there’s another one!) are by them. Not at all, right? Because you wouldn’t be insulted by such a commonly used word like "you"—you'd would think. Or rather, I'd think.
Look. The eggs being removed was a questionable design choice, as such, we question it. When we see they took the time to address some concerns but conveniently leave out the rest of the concerns—not so much as mentioning them slightly—it bothers people. Bothered me; so I post about it. Bothers others; so they post about it. If you don’t see why people don’t like how they handled it then you need to do some soul searching or something, instead of venting your confusion on someone else.
Please quote me where I said it was wrong to speak about "the topic at hand?" Go ahead, I'll wait.

Take it to PMs or CS if you're seriously that butt-hurt about eggs. Or, here's an IDEA: Start your OWN THREAD!

I hinted that you might want to check your attitude if you actually want an answer from an EME employee. Usually addressing people as if they don't have a name ("Hey. You.") isn't taken with much respect

My entire point was regarding not addressing somebody you want information from, like an a-hole.

Clearly you think the world revolves around you and that by the power of God the heavens better open up and provide you with an answer, and it better be NAO. Grow up and learn how to address people respectfully
