Rage06's Post History

Good luck trying to get a response on here. It's like winning the lottery. IDK who keeps coming with these marvelous ideas on time frames for certain content.
In my old post, someone posted something about how Tera will have Sever VS Server and the post was deleted before I could get a response back from that person. He said he read it but never told me where. Yes, I believe all players, no matter what level, should get to experience structured pvp. Why they are adding on this content in the upcoming QoA2 patches only for level 60's blows my mind. The majority of your customer base is still going from 1-59. It's ludicrous to ignore them.

I haven't hit 60 yet because it feels like a chore leveling. The repetitive kill and gathering quests have really burned me out. I have a 51 Slayer, 36 Lancer, 29 Zerker, and some lower level ones and the classes are fun but the leveling in this game, quite frankly, blows. Same story quests per class/race. Running dungeons gives very little experience unless you have a quest or story quest to do in there and dungeons are rather boring while leveling up. In fact, I started avoiding them unless my story line took me in to them. There is practically no pvp minus duels and getting ganked by higher level characters in areas (PvP server). Even when you go outlaw to try and start some pvp action on a pvp server, there is a penalty (losing crystals) for just trying to pvp. They might as well have made all servers PvE with the outlaw system the way it is. No battlegrounds and no incentive to pvp right now. No point in being a vanarch. Taxes and more guild quest grinding, though, some vanarchs try to contribute to the community with hosted events which is awesome but they are for level 60's as well (typical tournaments).

This game is capable of great things but they should have had more content before releasing the game. I'll probably play GW2 because I have seen and read so many great things that will be available at launch. Sadly, I have to go back to tab targeting but it's a sacrifice I will gladly make to get some more enjoyment out of my time on a game.
I created a post and referenced some material from GW2 and their World vs World system and my post had around 200+ views and a few responses and the next day I checked it again and literally fifteen minutes later it disappeared. I was trying to figure out if I broke some rule on the forums and I couldn't figure which one. So I asked a GM.

GM Cindlebell: Hi, my name is GM Cindlebell. How may I help you?
Rage06 .: Hi Cindelbell,
GM Cindlebell: heya
Rage06 .: I had posted a thread in the PvP section and I was reviewing it today and I went to check for any response just now and my thread has been deleted and all shreds of evidence from it gone too.
GM Cindlebell: if this has been done then it has been done by the forum moderators
Rage06 .: So who do I need to talk to about the forum moderators? My thread was a constructive thread aimed towards improving the game and the out of the blue deletion with no personal message is very frustrating.
GM Cindlebell: i have no idea, let me find out
Rage06 .: I'm actually considering not renewing my subscription because of this.
GM Cindlebell: brb
Rage06 .: Ok, thank you.
GM Cindlebell: np
GM Cindlebell: ok so please say what you would like them to know here in this chat and i will send it up to them. if they respond it will be via email
Rage06 .: I just want to know why my thread was deleted. It was called, "What GW2 is implementing...Why not Tera?" which talked about some of the PvP that takes place in Guild Wars 2 and if some of those ideas with EME's own spin would offer great opportunities for their players. I would have appreciated a personal message with a reason behind it but this blatant removal not only infuriated me because I am doing this for the good of Tera but it just increases my dissatisfaction of the game and may have sealed the deal for me on leaving Tera.
GM Cindlebell: done?
Rage06 .: For the moderators, yes.
GM Cindlebell: wonderful! :)
GM Cindlebell: Is there anything else i can help you with?
Rage06 .: Release date for Queens of Argon 2?
Rage06 .: :P
GM Cindlebell: I dont know that lol :)
Rage06 .: Let the Dev's know that QoA2 is going to be a make or break for some people. I hope they bring a lot of content the community is asking for.
Rage06 .: Thanks for your time Cindlebell.
GM Cindlebell: np have a wonderful day! :)

Never responded via email and this started on 6/30. This was only icing on the cake to my continual dissatisfaction towards the game and now lack of communication from this company. This game will get to know Aion before too long on the F2P list. I hope it doesn't get there and they pull a rabbit out of a hat and provide their customers and community what everyone wants so they can enjoy the game. I, however, will look someplace else to spend my money and time.

Or move the conquest to Northern Arun, that territory that we can't explore yet.
EME said late summer. I hope it's sooner then that.

Hey Guyz! BHS just announced their Berserker tweeks in tomorrow's kTERA patch. Do note that these are only the first few they'll implement tomorrow, there will be more to follow (continous tweeking and balancing). Also note that these changes are for kTERA at the moment, there is no official ETA etc. for NA/EU.

They just need to release some info about QoA2. This will address the outcries for beserkers and archers.

I dont know i like a game where u got to put some time in to it i hate getting on a game and everyone is the same everyone can get anything u got so boaring to me but to each there own and maybe tera is not for you. Trya difff game i mean i would not play if i did not like it and there is noway i would just cry bout it on fourms.

I agree with putting time into a game also. I just hate grinding gear to be effective in pvp. Skill and team coordination should govern victories. Not whoever has invested the most time into getting the best gear. If you replace time with skill then that is what separates you from the rest.

The player not the gear. And to answer your question, Gotti, I am going to try GW2. Queens of Argon 2 is a make or break for me. As much as I do not want to go back to tab targeting I would if the content is fun. I'm glad you don't cry on the forums. Neither do I. ;)
Too long, didn't watch it all. Got tired of the slayer running around not hitting anything and using distant blades.

That wasn't pvp. That was unorganized dancing.
Slayer is built to DPS and warrior has more utility and survivability.

When my warrior buddy and I (slayer) duel it still comes out to whoever got the most crits or landed the most hits. Pretty even.
