Lancers will always be the primary choice when it comes to tanking. Stop trying to make everyone feel bad for something that isn't a problem to begin with.


My experience today differs with that, maybe it was just an anomaly and I won't get kicked in favor of warrior tanks again. Since this is the second day of the patch and I have already been kicked out of a party in favor of a warrior to tank I would say that my experience disagrees very strongly with your opinion.

Holy crap, really? After all the QQing warriors and zerkers had since before this patch while us lancers reaped the benefits of such a short queue time and having some use that as an advantage to act like divas, no actually have the audacity to cry about this. I hope you do reroll and quit making us lancers look worse than the divas already have.


I think you are missing my point. The point I was trying to make is that with very few exceptions(ie lvl 60 Hardmodes, some BAMs) Lancers have no more place in the game. We dont solo level as well as other classes, we can't farm as quick as other classes, and now we dont tank instances as well as other classes. You can make the argument that we tank BAMs better pre 60. If the patch had given a small buff to warriors for queuing as tanks, or the same buff with a damage debuff I would have nothing to say.
So remind me again why I would want to play a Lancer? With one patch they took the highest Pve incentive for playing a lancer away. -low queue times and contributing a valuable role to a party. Gone, actually got kicked today so the party could get a warrior tank for a faster clear
So now I have the worst farming, worst soloing and worst class at instances except 60HM's(depending on how long it takes warrior tanks to figure out how to work their buff into doing these). With one patch enmasse has removed a class from being relevant from almost all its content. This is not a problem that they can let continue for a month or two while they work out their next patch.
