What kind of damage does this put out? would it be worth glyphing for?
I tried following this thread.
I'm just going to leave my 2 cents.
Whatever kind of meter you wish to call it, I support having one. Reason? as many people before me have stated, its a way of measuring what you are doing correctly and incorrectly. I am not here to boast of my "skills" or to bash on others, but having such a tool is truly invaluable.
While there is certainly nothing I can say to change the minds of the players who wish to never see such a tool be implemented, I will certainly say why not?
It is merely a tool to be used, blame the individual players using it for "elitism" as everyone has been terming it. Have you ever been in a dungeon group where you simply just lacked the damage to take out a boss, is it fair to the group to "suffer" the dps who simply does not know how to deal sufficient damage, no it is not. It is also not fair to remove that player. So what happens? does the group abandon the dungeon or remove the player (assuming that the player refuses to leave/adopt a different damage rotation).
Unfortunately the world is not fair, never has been, never will be. In my perfect world, the so-called "lazy" players who do not understand their roles would simply read up on how to perform better, and follow through on that, if they decided not to, they can always play in a group of like-minded players who did not wish to take the time to educate themselves in their class.
All in all, I see very little reason to not implement the "recount meter" other then the fact that there are players who dislike complete strangers who critique them in their supposed lack of performance, and while I can sympathize with that, that is a fault that I feel lies with the stranger, not the tool. Simply remove that stranger from your party/in-game life and move on.
Possibly terribad example: Man kills man with gun, blame the man or the gun?
I hope those on the fence about supporting one way or another find insight in this post and are able to decide how they feel without bashing one side or the other.
p.s: I appreciate Rebecca Black.

With this numerous foe finally vanquished at my hands, I arrange their fallen corpses into a makeshift podium. I climb this monument to my might and finish my stripping show...There I am, dangling, free, awe-inspiring, then my eyes turn to the north of the room where I behold a most imposing figure....
vote for Murkin... I'll let you golden shower me.
I am very much curious about applying to become a member of this mighty guild.
With that said, I have laid all my cards on the table, meow I expect you to reveal to me your plans on how to dominate the male populace of this vile realm.

The ragged strips of clothing that I am wearing slowly start to fall to the ground, piece by piece, with every piece dropped, my body aches even more for the eyes in the room which are on me...
