What is the point of Unbinding and binding items.

Why doesn't enmasse just allow you to purchase the item Perm, and it stays in your account claim forever instead of having to bind/unbind items this way any character that can use that item on your account can item claim.

For example if one purchases black Neko Ears, then these should be account bound Perm, so this way any character on the account can claim the items as many times as they want but can't be sold or trade.

Okay so it is F2P I understand however I do not feel enmasse is giving me anything big for paying $14.95 a month.

When Enmasse changes the following I will return to TERA, and Enmasse will add +1 subscriber to their list and recommendations for players to play their game until then I will not recommend this game to anyone.

1. Unlimited Customization, Subscribers should be able to freely go back to the customization, change hair color, skin tone, and other avatar features FOR FREE as a benefit, possibly make it $20 a month additional $5 a month for extra perks like this I would pay it, make it optional maybe.

Leave the Ticket there for those who are not subscribers as a pay as you go option.

2. Add Cash Shop Preview of items.

3. The third problem is that the EMP store is spammed with Cash Shop Items instead of spamming me with 5 sets of bikini's for example with all different time durations add one of each item to the cash shop, add a drop down menu that allows selection of duration and perm option.

4. I forget if it has it or not but what about a menu to select Race, and Class so it filters items.

( These are things that should have been properly put in before just throwing in the EMP store actually thinking about how neat it should be instead of what a mess it is right now.)

I do try to keep comments as constructive as possible, but in an honest opinion it doesn't seem like Enmasse ever gives offical answers, or listens to consumers. I mean after a year of complaints it seems like Enmasse would have given consumers these features. I would like nothing more than to return to TERA with friends, and clan members who are currently playing TERA, but I have told them I refuse to play TERA and why, and will likely be uninstalling TERA again to make room for new MMO's if changes don't come that make me want to play.

In my opinion TERA was one of the biggest FLOPS in MMO history.

I purchased the TERA collectors edition and quit after less than like 48 hours of actual playing the game because it was boring UI Text was small, I know it can be adjusted but I shouldn't have to adjust I reported the bug during beta it should have been fixed still wasn't fixed. ( Still isn't fixed today.)

Well anyways game is F2P now so I shouldn't complain now right?

So here is my complaint about F2P TERA.

1. Was going F2P the right move, Absolutely given the fact that TERA was sinking loosing customers they really had no choice. I would have stayed subscribed like a year had they have given me the unlimited customizations like I thought I was purchasing when I bought my collectors edition.

What do I really get as a paying subscriber I am already a founder, its really not worth subscribing to for any reason what I want if I am going to subscribe is.

1. Ability to freely customize my characters appearance without having to buy Scrolls to makeover my character each time.

2. XP boosts instead of giving me scrolls and items give me a boost that lasts for as long as my paid subscription lasts or something not just a scroll that lasts an hour a day or something.

** Yes I do pay for 3 EVE Online accounts, but sometimes I like a side game to play when I get bored, so what I am saying is whats the point when I can just login play a dungeon a day and log back out not loosing much as not paying the subscription a month.**

What I am tired of in the MMO industry.

1. True Action Combat.

Tera doesn't feel like true action combat to me c9 and Blade & Soul as well as Skyrim feels more like true action combat, Diablo 3 for that matter TERA does not maybe its an option but still.

2. Dungeons.

LF1M for X dungeon, I would like the ability to solo any dungeon any time drops are not as good without more players the more players the harder the dungeon and better loots that drop kinda thing sure TERA wasn't like this but still. I think it would have been good if it was maybe people would have stayed subscribe longer who knows.

So the bottom line and question is why should I return to TERA when they can't offer me what I want in a MMO, I am tired of the Pay 2 Enjoy, and Pay 2 Win models in MMO's I want to be able to sit down play the game enjoy it the way I want to not have to be restricted to the way a character looks if I want pink hair to go with my pink armor allow me to do this without restriction as a subscriber if I want something else for my brown armor then allow this I would likely return if it was like this.

I have actually installed TERA, I am not trolling, what is the point of me returning to the game I just can't find myself to Like TERA like I do EVE Online, or League OF LEgends they offer me what I want more than TERA although its nice for a change in MMO Scene so I do keep an eye on MMO's and something fun to do. At least in EVE I can change my potrait and character 100% FREE any time I want only thing I really cant change is skin tone or morphing but it doesn't matter.

Seriously Unless Enmasse has changed I really do not believe this story unless I see it for myself due to the fact that I debated their EULA in their face after really I never accepted an EULA when I purchased my game because the Manual that was printed the URL was invalid, and because my original TERA account was made during beta I was not required to accept an agreement, might have been a bug who knows, I even took my complaint to the Better Business Buau about TERA, it was never resolved, so it will stay there as unresolved I am sure, but my point is I was never banned, and I never actually broek their EULA/TOS anyways, but I have been a very unsatasified customer after buying the collectors edition for around $100 including shipping and found out I had my ability to freely customize and had to pay more for changing looks taken away from me as a paying consumer the reason I left TERA to begin with.

OF Course I do not know what actually happend as I read in the posts GM's do not disclose information on other players which is understandable who knows what they actually said or did, but point being I really do not think Enmasse is banning players based on opinions unless they actually are very disrespectful or something.

I agree it would be a great idea however I will say.

I have cancel my subscription to TERA over a month ago I think now. The game looked nice, the music was great, and the game was great, but the lack of Customer Service, and game company refusing to listen to what I said, or some of the player base as well as not properly informing consumers was just too much for me.

I came here today to see if the game has improved and by the looks of it the game has not improved enough for me to want to resubscribe until character customizations are 100% Free except for additional content, I will not be paying another dime for this game and that is that.

I honestly do not expect TERA to be Subscriber for much longer, and I expect it to be going FREE 2 Play before long. In my eyes Tera could have been a great game from the start, but they are going down the wrong road following what NC Soft, and all these other game companies do with 30 day expire costumes, charges for changing the appearance of a character.

** To me if they didn't charge such high fees I would still be subscribed today, and people will debate me on the issue of well most companies do this, and they have the right. While this is true, look at NCSoft with aion recently down 6% since it went F2P along with L2 due to bad moves, and the idea is to keep your consumers happy, and do things like one time fee to unlock additional DLC packs, and allow users to enjoy their game the way they want to more people = More money, less people = Less money that simple.**

I just filed a complaint with the FTC, and I will be giving them a Call on monday I already tried to contact Enmasse and no answer so far.

I was told on my recipet I would be charged $14.99 I was charged $16.23 instead with Tax original recipet mislead me again.

Enmasse needs to properly Label their cash shop items, stop using the world Electronic Download, and not mislead and misinform consumers...

Enmasse is the first company I have had to do this over out of a lot of MMO's I have played...

Nexon,Funcom, Aeria Games, Suba Games, Blizzard, Gamers First, and Dozens of other MMO companies I have never had to file a complaint over.

1. Yes you can use paypal to cancel your subscription.
2. You can go to the store and get a GreenDot card and reload it with only $20 and if you want to cancel spend the money elsewhere they can't bill you, or just use a temporary visa but know certain cards only work online and such some wont work online payments some will.

There are major issues with this game and I have already dropped my subscription.

1. The first issue is that I am a paying customer who paid over $80 for a collectors of this game and trusted Enmasse would do the right thing, then I find out that I have to pay $9.99 To change my characters appearance, and that is just unacceptable. This feature should be 100% Free, a one time charge, or a small extra on our subscription for those who want the unlimited customize feature.

2 The map is not label properly it just says merchant, I want a detailed map that tells me what the merchant sales for example armor, weapons, enchanting mats, auction house etc.

3. I want the map to tell me which crafting stations are where not to have to waste time guessing.

4. The game seems very empty to me most of the time I feel as if I am playing a Single Player game.

5. Better UI Customization, and Fixes for the very small hard to read text that users can't fix with the UI settings.

In my eyes Enmasse has done nothing but show the community that they do not care, and for such I believe that this game will loose subscribers including myself because simply they do not care in my opinion from what I have seen. They launch a cash shop two weeks or so after release, and some people don't care. Like it or not this game is already on its way to a F2P model and that is more than likely how it will become...

And I honestly hope that when that does happen if Enmasse doesn't make serious changes, I hope the people who did the poor management loose their Jobs because Tera could have been such a great game, but was not properly managed or release.

Do not forget the cenorship that Enmasse did to the Elins, and the blood splatters and the outrage from it.

Look if I wanted a F2P game I would be playing Vindictus right now it only costs me $12 to get a one time customization after that I do not have to pay any more money period, the same way Tera is at the moment.

Bottom Line is Enmasse has made too many mistakes this game is on the road to F2P for those mistakes, and no I am not a freeloader asking for everything free either, I am simply against paying $9.99 every time I want to change a hair color or something about my looks, I like and play MMO's for the customization and gameplay for everything it has to offer not some watered down version.

I do not mind paying for expansions or additional skin unlocks I only ask that I be allowed to customize any way I see fit when I see fit 100% free, and this is a simple change, just remove the item from the cash shop and make it account bound in everyones account claim menu which never expires and can be used as much as they want problem solved.

Yes Enmasse could fix all these mistakes but I doubt they will.

I find that Tera is misleading on the premium cash shop saying Electronic Download as a purchase, it isn't an electronic download, and it doesn't say one time use either but it is I am sure...

OverAll Tera is not an impressing MMORPG, it feels just like every other MMORPG out there I start playing the game a cutscene happens and okay so a somewhat okay story then all of a sudden the game seems to divert itself from the entire story line go kill this go kill that go tank this go tank that, feels like there is no real story to the game other than DERP do this quest do that quest hit level 60 derp around more what is my real goal as a RolePlayer?

There are only 4 mmorpg's I know of today with an actual story.

Guild Wars
Diablo3
SWTOR < --- Yes it sucks but still
The Secret World.

Other than that I give Tera a big thumbs down, the Developers have done nothing amazing, they have mislead me many times even on the Terms OF Service thing which is very misleading as my manual gives me the wrong link, then they mislead me on the CashShop...

I quit after this month, and in the most I wont be staying around by another month after that I am out of here to go play TSW/D3, and will have D3 Shortly.

Okay so I wash looking at Enmasse Cash Shop to see if there were any changes today, and I couldn't help but notice that it improperly advertises itself as * Electronic Download*.

Technically it isn't an Electronic Download, as there is no download required after making a purchase, and all the assets, and data is already on the users client otherwise they couldn't see the skins other people were wearing...

Also it does give the wrong information on certain Cash Shop items such as Race Changes, Character Changes that makes a person believe that once they buy it they can ReUse it as much as they want, or anyways this could be taken this way as it says *Electronic Download*.

I already Have dropped my sub due to Enmasse charging extra for character recustomizations which this feature should be free to all subscribers, but besides that point I still find myself being mislead by Enmasse, First it was their TOS which displayed incorrect links on the back of the manual, and since I made my account way way back I was never required to accept anything, but beyond that I find myself still being mislead with this Electronic Download...

I Believe it should be corrected to say * One Time Use* *Account Bound*, and the Description as something like *Cash Shop* Not Electronic Download which is misleading.

** Maybe this is because Enmasse has an agreement with Digital Rivers I have no Idea but this is another complaint that needs to be fixed to stop misleading people.*

So I believe based on the descriptions that once I purchase a race change I can change my race as much as I want for $24.99 Am I correct? It doesn't say one time use, and on my other games I can change my race as much as I want after I do an Electronic Downlaod... Take Dragon Age 2 for example, I did an Electronic Download for DLC, and they let me change my character as much as I wanted.
