Roleplaying has nothing to do with IRL lol. Just because someone roleplays it doesn't mean they're IRL is crap.
Roleplaying is just another form of expression, it can be scary to get into and a little intimidating but once you start its pretty hard to stop haha. Honestly if anyone is curious about it you should just roll an alt on Celestial Hills, you might come to enjoy it.

In good faith I'll tell you that RP is creating a character and immersing yourself within that character and the world you play in. So, when an RPer makes a character they assign a personality to it and in most cases a history.
You pretty much play make believe in a (semi)grown up way.

I really think that no sensible person from our server would enter the LFD system ICly and expect off server people to conform to their roleplay. My real issue with that post is the fact that sheep will flock and form an opinion that 'CH players are bad' and we will be auto kicked for our server tag alone.
I really hope EME just removes that thread. I do not want to feel like I am being forced to reroll alts on another server because of someones personal experiences and willingness to blabber about them on the forums with no regard for anyone else but themselves.

MMO's are -ALWAYS- a work in progress. They are never perfect and never finished.
The people who love this game will stick around and wait for the fixes or new features they think the game needs and the people who don't like the 'unpolished and problematic' aspects of the game will leave and that's all that really matters. :)

This. All of this. I play on CH and I enjoy RP and the RPing community but I also seriously enjoy PVE and PVP. I don't want to be auto kicked from a dungeon because of my server.
I know how to play, I can pull my weight and I don't want to feel like I am forced to reroll on a separate server just to use the LFD system or any other future cross realm system.
I am seriously hoping EME removes this post and that the viewers of this forum actually read the replies and keep an open mind. Please in the future think about how your posts effects others. A whole server shouldn't be punished because of personal experiences.
Not to mention, smearing crap like this on the forums can have serious effects on CH players. How many Archers get kicked for "Bad dps" before the run starts, because of forum mongers? What happens when enough idiots read this thread and only come away with "CH people suck, I'm kicking them any time I see them." Despite the overwhelming amount of feed back stating CH players are fine?

Hello! I'll try to give an unbiased reflection of the game for you but I'm going to tell you right now, I am a definite fan haha
As far as OP or broken classes I wouldn't say there is any but there are a lot of lancers currently since they get an instant dungeon que.
I don't think there are any dog people in this game unless you mean popori but I'm pretty sure they're one of the lowest played races, a lot of Castanics though.
And finally, YES! This is the Dark Souls of MMO in my personal opinion. It can be a challenge to survive if you're soloing, that's for sure haha.. I would say if that's your cup of tea you should pick up the game and try it for a month. Theres a 50% off sale going on starting tomorrow I believe so you'll even save some bucks!

How much could EME change anyway about the game? Their just the NA developer group aren't they? Its not like they can recreate the game, I imagine this being like Blizzard NA vs Blizzard China.
