Scyfe's Post History

Hi,

We're a static that generally does runs in the hours between 4pm-12 EST time (not for the full 8 hours, thats just generally when we meet and most our play time occurs), and are looking for 1 skilled dps that is willing to die a lot to Manaya with us.

Should have good gear, and at least a general understanding (watched videos) of all the fights.

We currently easily clear ac-hm, get rank 1 on sirjuka, and have just started working on Shandra Manaya (we have killed both bosses before her), so must be willing to die a lot as that fight is hard and will likely take a while to learn.

If this interests you and the time works out contact or mail Plumsauce

Change out that carving for a muti and you're set.

bad.

mutinous = 7.8% damage increase

regular crit multiplier + savagery scroll = 1+1.34 = 2.34 so having a carving crystal increases damage (if you attack from the front the entire time, i.e worst possible conditions) by 7.02%. Considering the other crystals it is safe to assume there will be some attempts at getting behind the mob. Under (the best possible conditions, every attack is behind the mob and mob is enraged entire fight) fine savage, focused, acrimon, scroll, regular modifier = 1.2 + 1.7 + 1.38 + 1.34 + 1 = 6.62 a carving would give you an effective 19.86% increase in damage.

That means regardless of how fight goes, carving will give somewhere between 7.02-19.86% increase in damage, and considering it is only worse or even close to a mutinous if you assume the person playing the character is completely retarded its pretty easy to see carving is way better in every situation.

Bad.

Base crit multiplier is 2.

If you're going to be a [filtered], at least don't be a retarded [filtered].

Yes. base crit multiplier is 2, and normal hit is 1, so its +1 which is what I put. When you crit you do the same as a +1 multiplier compared to when you white hit with nothing else. You're being overly pedantic about how I phrased something for no reason. The result is the same.

Hi,

We're a tiny guild on Frost Reach that is looking for a good slayer or archer to bolster our HM crew. We generally run HM's around 1 est, can do Fane and are working on Baldar's atm, with plans to start on Kelsiak soon.

We are only looking for 1 person for a group spot. And the person we are looking for should be ready to start on HMs. We like to run the same people so we can get better at playing with each other and learning the instances. It is a small guild looking for a talented player for our 5th spot, as well as progress through the HM's faster.

If this interests you please send a mail to me (Blueberries) on Frost Reach or to Miniboom. Gear itself not of huge importance, but you should be familiar with the instances and have a good rotation and put out good damage numbers, and obviously gear will help with that. We are trying to keep the guild to just a few talented players, as opposed to mass recruits.

Cheers,
Blueberries
