I would understand promotions like this after the game is out for a while like f.e. gw1 price went down 50% after 2y of its release, but it is 2 mo only, and honestly I care how I spend my money I would have rather wait for this discount than have the head start, rushing to lv cap is not my motivation to play but the gameplay itself and how the company treats its clients. Quit games before because of bad service, honestly I hope this isn't one of them and EnMasse gives all pre-orders some compensation.

I love Tera, but this kind of management if ticking me off. I pre-ordered the digital edition, payed full price now I see in facebook https://www.facebook.com/TERAonline 50% off from EnMasse store. The amount of money that I could have saved would be enough for 2 more months of subscription or for a IM mount. So EnMasse are you going to give something back to all the players that pre-ordered or just ignore them? Honestly this is ticking me off and some of my friends as well and alot of other players that bought the game at full price.

Isnt the European Tera handled by Frogster and NOT EnMasse? I am pretty sure thats a yes so I would assume you would need a fix from frogster as En masse has nothing to do with european Tera and this is Enmasses website for Tera.

Just letting you know, that email is from Frogster, TERA's European publisher. TERA will launch on May 3rd in Europe, and their Open Beta Test is from 4/19 to 4/23.

TERA will launch on May 1st in North America by En Masse Entertainment.


As these two versions of TERA and accounts are not connected or transferable to each other, you have to download the European client from the TERA Europe site in order to play in their beta test.

We are europeans that bough Enmasse version! Please think before you post. We are using Enmasse client not Frogster.

From Portugal here and no patch... still getting the error.
It seams the type of guild that I would enjoy. I would like to apply

1. Your time zone- GMT+1
2. Your typical play time (estimates will do) - at least 2h/day more on weekends, depends how free I am
3. What is it about our approach that resonate how you want to play Tera.. maybe a story about your previous MMO experience, etc. - I had 2 experiences that made me want to be in a relaxed guild, was in a top guild in maplestory when everyone grinded all day, that was long ago when it took forever to lv, then played Lunia and GuildWars in laid back more relaxed guilds which I enjoyed alot more. More recently 3y ago I was the guild leader and nation leader in Atlantica online for 8 months. Everything ended up feeling like a duty and ended up not having fun and I decided to quit for 1y. Currently playing AO but planing to move to Terra.
