I think that was a typo. Looks like he's telling them to go make a "ERP channel" and do it there, but typed "server" instead of "channel". I.e. a custom private chat. He's not telling them to switch servers to CH, he's telling them to take it out of Global.

Because the forums are actively moderated, and forum spam can be easily controlled. If gold sellers had unlimited access to gold spamming via say through trial accounts, it wouldn't be moderated or easily controlled. You're comparing apples to oranges. I pay for in-game access, I don't pay for forum access.

I left mention of that last part of your idea out for a reason, too! :p
When I came up with this idea, I surmised that the dress and stockings should absolutely not fit the character model. I also said that I would make a Baraka named Buffalo.Bill just to wear the costume. =X
