I'm a huge fan of vanity items, but I cannot find a list of what items you can get from what achievements.
Add a upgraded version of the Camp fire, something that cost's more but regen's stamina faster.
Put it on Vanarch only merchants or something.

Gear up, and more hardmodes will unlock for you.
Then wait for the content patch that is coming.... Sometime.
BG's are slated for July I believe, My guess is they will add nexus events along side that. But hopefully its sooner, or they might lose some people out of boredom.
EDIT: Also, GVG battles and the Vanarch system are the current end game objectives outside of the hardmodes.

If a Lancer gets surrounded, he can charge through the pack and have them all on one side again.
A good Lancer = to a good Warrior. (except we can leash.)
A bad Lancer > a bad Warrior.
Its as simple as that.
Warriors excel at managing trash mobs, its like herding sheep into a nice circle for the big sorc nukes. Lancer gets overwhelmed when the trash try to move behind its shield.
Why stick to dps when warriors are so good at tanking?

I am a Lancer, and I can say that I have never once lost aggro and I have never had to use taunt, besides the initial pull.
My guess is most lancers do not research their threat generation properly. Where warriors who are desperate to prove themselves do lots of research and understand their class.
I'm 57 and my best groups have all been with Warrior tanks. Use 3 range dps to avoid melee dying from boss and toss in a mystic and bosses drop fast. I find it sad that I can drop a 96k crit on a boss a warrior is tanking and not pull aggro but anything over 40k with a lancer and the boss turns to me.\
