In my opinion, it is lame and exploitive. To each their own....
So, for BAM/BOSS fights in a group, I understand the basic crystal crit build. For BAM/BOSS fights solo, what is the best setup? 1 swift and 3x Boss damage?

Thanks. Basically this confirms my initial thoughts...
Having farmed over 50k g now just grinding I can tell you everything is pretty much the same.
All the drops are fairly consistent between all the 59-60 monsters. Anything you can gather up quick and aoe down fast is your best bet.
BT sloths are nice because its an easy 100-500g then you move on to your main farm spot. I have gotten 2-4 golds in one bt sloth run then again I have gotten none as well.

If we had an invulnerable backstep, I'd be a much happier archer. Whole 'notha can-o-worms tho..
Well a properly backstab glyphed slayer is going to give an archer problems. They are the better 1v1 class, period. Since I'm in a rush, the short answer is to hope for that crit.
In a group though (bring on the BGs), we will reign holly hell on everyone. ^_^
