Ok well, i had a nostromos nt03 connected at first to test it out but i prefered the keyboard but the gamepad icon stayed on my screen after i disconnected it. I also have a saitek gamepad but it doesnt have a select button, ill have to try to find that menu youre talking about.

Within the game controller menu there is also the option to hidethe game controller UI.
If the ability is set to your mouse click I believe it follows your crosshair by default.

Exactly the problem though. Not ever PC gamer has a spare controller around to change this option. It needs to be int eh option menu so anyone can change it. If it works for both in one option menu it can be easily linked to another option menu for all to access. Get it fixed. I have a controller and I will be changing this option, but others who do not have controllers should not be forced to deal with this because the devs are bad at optimizing the menu options. Asking a customer to purchase a periferal they will not use simply to access a menu option is bad business.

I'm sorry, were you under the impression that I was a dev? I was just letting you know. Here's some food for thought: some gameplay/video options are often disabled in beta.

@Sickimage: are you telling there is an option that can fix that?

Yes like I said.. If you have a game controller plugged in you simply press SELECT (for PS3 controller) and it brings up a menu. Within this menu there is the option to have the spells aim where your crosshair is, or where you are facing. By default it is set to where you are facing.

As I also said I could not find how to access this option WITHOUT the controller plugged in BUT the option applies to KEYBOARD AND MOUSE controls as well.
Your aim goes towards your character, but if you have a controller connected you can change this option. This option is only accessible with a game controller but for whatever reason it'll work for your mouse. (Where ever you point your crosshair will be the direction of the spell.)

That's..interesting, because I was able to use Final Reprisal on its own, and often opened with it if I had a mob to deal with.

We're talking about the Staff Ground Pound skill, just to be sure, right? if not, this is null and void from me.

Maybe it's that the skill can only be chained after the two mentioned?

This is incorrect, you must be thinking of a different ability.

10 Final Reprisal After using your Shocking Implosion or Triple Nemesis skills, follow up with a blast of energy from your staff that damages nearby enemies.

Right off their website : http://tera.enmasse.com/game-guide/classes/priest/

And I tried using it myself.. its only useable as a follow-up

Well I loved it with priest because I could chain all my AoE skills simply.. With chain skilling I can clear out by hotbar of any trigger-only ability. For example.. Final Reprisal I leave out of my hotbar because it can only be used when you use Triple Nemesis or Electrical Implosion
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm wondering if any other classes had this issue?

Senkaon - As I said in my P.S. I increased its "display duration" to 10 seconds, but still disappeared almost instantly at times.
Any priests out there notice that about 90% of the time Final Reprisal would disappear from your screen (for chain skilling) if you moved (strafed) left or right before hitting space?

This has to be a glitch. I can't tell you how many times I had to move and was unable to chain into Final Reprisal.

Anyone else have this issue?

P.S. I changed the "display time" for chain skills to 10 seconds and this problem still occured
I find it ridiculous they placed it in the center.
