the crystals say how much they boost by when they activate. an icon will appear in your row of buffs that tells you what it does if you hover over it.

dont train skills until you hit 60. the games prices are balanced around 60. Just by doing quests and instances only for stories, i manged to have 5k gold at 60.

enigmatic 60 weps sell for over 5k g too.

the quest reward items are terrible though. you cant even queue for 60 instances with the quest rewards due to item level restrictions.

good luck doing the balders dps race with those basic items too

instances dont count towards a zones population. most maxed people will be in instances.

cutthroat is usually at medium pop, and thats just people waiting to get back into fane of kaprima

its not through reputation.

looked through achievements didnt see any. I dont think its vanarch related, otherwise it would be vanarch crown.

for hands of velika, theres only those 2 in velika. there are a lot of other reputation groups though, run through the level 60 zones to find em.
