Alls I know is the patcher sucks balls... Seriously... When I first installed and started the launcher up. It did the initial update to the launcher. Then starting to patch the game... The original ETA was 5 hours..... (I'm on a 30down/5up connection.) I turned off P2P and set the download to unlimited.

I was at my desk for awhile it was going about 2Mb/sec when I stepped away it said it had about 4hrs remaing..

I come back about 3 hours later and it wasn't even 50% and was saying I had 6 hours to go downloading at 250kb/sec.....

I've noticed if I have the launcher as my main active window and I don't lock my PC the download speed goes between 250kb/sec and 600kb/sec....

Jusdt to make sure it's not on my end I grabbed a couple torrents (Legal ones) while this was downloading and those all downloaded at 5+ Mb/sec with the launcher running....

About 8 hours in and I'm at 87% and it keeps going between 3hr's - 1hr remaining...

I'm downloading now (About 4.5 hours to do full install/patch) is the free "trial" to level 28 only for new people or are old accounts put into that also?

Kind of bored not really anything going on elsewhere in the MMO world for me. Tempted to resub for at least a month any changes really that I should be worried about? I was an archer before I left and was mid/low 20's level wise.

So I decided to just go ahead and add my payment on there...

Alright, well I'll wait it out and see what happens. Thanks for the reply's, I'll add my subscription once my free time is up. If it doesn't let me have the first month before then I guess it wasn't ment for me to play.

Is that just because of the headstart or? Just wanted to make sure or do we not get the first month with purchase of the game?

Yeah I stopped listening to her once I realised she is only popular cause she is slightly attractive.
I also tend to not take reviewers opinions very seriously all together anymore.

Typically you can find some way or another to at least "test" a game before purchasing it. So I tend to make my own judgement.

I tried to create a 2nd character to test out another class ( I don't want to go too far into the game so I don't ruin the actual exp for retail.) But each time I try to make a 2nd one it just plain says it can't create the character?
