Submit a ticket and try that route. I tried live chat with an issue I had, and it did not meet expectations. The GM I dealt with during the ticket process was helpful and resolved my issue.

This viewpoint really doesn't hold up to the standards of today. if you want market share you need to offer something better than the competition right? Saying its ok to release it not at 100% and to wait in 7 years just won't cut it nowadays (that's a quick trip to F2P.) I love the game; the combat is fantastic and fresh, and want it to succeed but they really need to flesh out some of the endgame sooner than later in my opinion.
Add some more hard modes of the old runs that drop T12 enigmatics, or add the number of bosses that do these drops in the current offering. More and more people are going to get burned out quick w/o variety or some type of reward when they can go hop back on a game like wow and run raid finder and get drops.
and you may say you don't need these people then, but you do.....

You know what bothers me the most... it's when I see people trying to compare TERA to other MMO's.
If they are going to compare, they need to compare TERA with WoW when WoW was FIRST released... or TERA with Rift when rift was FIRST released...
People tend to forget that wow was absolute crap when it was first released - had few variety in spells for examples for mages - you would be using fireball 24/7...
WoW now has a [filtered] ton of spells for all of its classes - but that was what... 7 years after?
TERA will be better than WOW... in fact, it ALREADY IS... imagine TERA 7 years from now... oh god.

Our guild is going through a Merge, and because of this new 24 hour delay I went ahead and removed everyone so they could log in and app into the new guild instead of having to log, gquit, wait and app.
To my surprise with the last person to go - Your guild has been disbanded! No notification that you are going to disband the guild!
Now this wouldn't have been the end of the world had I emptied out the guild bank before hand.
So just a heads up for Guilds out there going through a Merger - Empty your bank before you have less than 2 people or Everything could be lost.

Looking to see if anyone in a similar situation on another server has got any updates or answers to this:
On Frost Reach our election in Northern Shara has 5 Guilds running for vanarch (mine included)
There are currently no guilds running for Vanarch Through GVG in Northern Shara.
So what happens to these 2 GVG zones tomorrow? Will the Vanarch be filled in by the voting side, or will they sit empty for 3 weeks?

Take a Look at the Running in Frost Reach - In northern shara we have 0 guilds running for GVG, 3 in Southern Shara, and 1 in Arun.
Going to have a few vacant seats if it stays the same.
