Hey there, I have been following TERA since the 1st video ever to be released, 3 years ago, before the CBT in KR ever launched which I joined btw ;). I played until the Kr OBT ended joined the US cbts up until the game officially launched!
Purchased the CE ^^ + 6 months game time... Played it hardcore for about 2-3 months, even became 1 of the top geared lancers of my server which was Dragonfall. Me and my guild would farm those dungeons everyday even came to the point where we would record our "clear time" and we would try to best it every other time! It was crazy fun, up until RNG and the lack of content started to really weight in... Eventually I left, proceeded to cancel my subscription but apparently they had already charged the whole 6months somehow.. but it was all beyond me and I didn't care so I left anyway...
Now after all this time here's what happens..
*Present Day*
*Checks email.. sees TERA's giving me free gametime*
*Thoughts* : Hm.. been a while and they made changes and it's free so why not!
*Proceeds to download the launcher*
*To install I need to log in by entering my full email and my super long crazy complicated password that was requested to make /shrug.. does it*
*Tells me I need to get the code that was sent to my email to allow this "device", gets it, enters it.. done!*
*Launcher downloads bunch of stuffs up until it tells me that something with the manifest is wrong *OK?*.. closes launcher*
*Reopens launcher...asks me to enter my full email and super crazy complicated long password once again //shrugs.... does it*
*Bunch of stuff gets downloaded up until... *Not enough disk space*.... OK?*
*Checks C:// "934GB Free" ... hum looks like enough to me?*
*Repeats the whole ordeal with the launcher once again /sigh.. same error ok?*
*Opens website to look for support... needs to log in... needs to get the code from email /sigh... enters it. Boom Ok I'm in..looks for it in the database.. no similar error?*
*Opens live chat "30 in queue, wait fiv...Fifty minutes"... sigh*
*Leaves to make diner comes back 30~40 minutes later...

And this is what basically dissuaded me from playing again. Hope you can get something out of it to improve your service enmasse, this was the only purpose of this post.
