Good news!

I sent an email to Digital River CS asking for my tracking number, and I got an email response via En Masse (this surprised me somewhat) within minutes. The tracking number was provided and my package is marked as out for deliver today.

I hope others are also getting their Physical CEs today, and we can all prance around on our lions together. :D

I got my CE about 30 minutes ago. My rage has subsided as I'm listening to the OST. :D First OST from an MMO that I actually listen to. :o

Well, I used PayPal, and there doesn't seem to be an option to look up a PayPal purchase at DR. Plus whenever I try to query something it just processes forever without doing anything.

Well, guess I should have just held out and bought from Amazon. Lesson learned about Digital River.

Yep. :/ As much of a hassle it is, I'll probably start reimbursing my friend for ordering CE's for me.

Ouch. The grace period is not nearly long enough to cover that gap. :/ And, yeah, the $10 price is pretty unforgivable considering the shipping "speed", which feels like the wrong word when you're talking about nearly two weeks.

For $20 more than En Masse's shipping cost, I could get over night shipping on a new $2500 system build from Newegg. And Newegg's overnight shipping is pretty pricey compared to other warehouse businesses.

It's actully $49.99 retail so $79.99 - $49.99 = $30

Digital CE is $60. $80 - $60 = $20.

Hey guys.

When you placed your order you should have gotten a confirmation email from EME. That email had the order number (and information that the charges would appear to be coming from DRI*ENMASSE.COM/SUB*, which is Digital River).

With your order number in hand, head to www.digitalriver.com/ , click the customer service link on the upper right, and enter your information there. They offer two methods of looking up orders (most people will probably find the second method easiest).

From there you will be taken to a joint Digital River/En Masse page. You can either enter your order number from the email, or use the "order history" link on the left.

After you go there it will display the Newgistics tracking number for your order. That will bring you to Newgistics shipping, which will display your shipping details along with an additional tracking number that is much longer than the first. The longer tracking number is used by USPS, which will be the only way to monitor your package once Newgistics has handed it off to the post office. You can then go to USPS's website and use their tracking for more information, particularly once the transfer is complete.

Please note that a listing of "Transferring to USPS" (which will likely be the status for several days - I've seen it go as long as a week) does not mean it's sitting at your local post office. That's the point where it's being transferred to the main sorting facility for your area, and unfortunately it takes them several days to get the package to your local post office for delivery.

Pretty simple, right? Ok, maybe not.

Thanks for the tutorial! :>

I'll have my order in between May 4 and May 7. -.- 10 to 13 day shipping for ~ $10? Newegg gives out 3day free shipping like it's candy.
Haven't received my PCE yet. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow. -.-
A 1200w PSU for a single card? Wat?

They should be available to claim in game is what I was told. If you bought a digital copy you should be set. Shouldn't matter how you pre-ordered you get it on launch.

We'll see about that tomorrow. :3

The lion comes tomorrow actually.

Wait. I'll magically have my PCE code applied to my account, even though my shipment isn't in my hands? OH GLORY!
