We should get compensation because someone is exploiting the server? You guys act like the whole fkin thing is thier faults.

Allow me to do the math again of one batch of people providing over $900USD/mth to Enmasse not including EME purchases. After we review, we'll go ahead and look at security funding.

It doesn't matter what the problem is, compensation is required.

While it's not directly always their fault, they charge us for a service that we want to use, and if for whatever reason it can not be provided, we should either not have to pay OR be compensated.

That's like saying that if I put a down-payment on a tv, and another person smashes it in-store, the company shouldn't have to replace it. They are the ones responsible with fixing and maintain a server regardless of the challenges is the job we pay them to do.
This dude's first post was 02/12/2013, so I'm having a hard time with feeling like you can have an informed view on much of anything.

More so, the job they are doing is a sold 78% or so, better then a lot of game company's, but the newness and sometimes insulting reply to issues can drain, all in all I'll still probably look at whatever game they next come out with, if only because I like the company.

Agree, i dont want the old system due to the fact i know its not coming back, but maybe increase amounts that drop, or take the RNG out of finding it, or increase the RNG of finding it.
I like the egg events, good way to occupy time. But RNG out of boxes and such i feel isnt a good system.

The old system worked. BHS/EME missed an opportunity to have an insanely stable economy when they took MW alk and spellbind off the vendor. The increased gold from dailies would have offset the heavy deflation we've been experiencing, and the continued presence of these goldsinks would have kept inflation in check. It would have been the most balanced TERA's economy could ever get. But from the looks of things, they don't really give a rat's [filtered] about that.

While I mostly agree I feel that without mw alk or spellbind being removed from the game doesn't posses enough draw to make money via it's cash shop. I don't disagree with the choice to remove it from it's own vender but the rates of it (3-4 a dungeon if you're lucky, always 0 spellbind) and the only way to obtain large amounts being random boxes that give away other insulting items like charms or mp potions, is a bad call.
Personally I don't have an issue with it, but I can understand why people who choose to play on North American (Spanish, French and English) don't want to see German or Polish in global.

People should always share and never discriminate, but the same should be said that if you're a minority or causing an a clutter whilst a guest, you should be respectful and keep it in a guild chat or whispers. English player's should follow this rule if playing on the Korean server. It's just respectful.
Seeing the live-chat cut its hours back is just the start to having it gone, then we'll have the month long ticket issues like every f2p game.

"My experience and level in this game is besides the point. I'm not the topic at hand, the game queues are. If they aren't prepared to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for the influx of players they need to handle it differently."

No, the players needed to play on the proper server, if you buy a product and use it wrong, it's not the sellers fault you went full retard. They made a server that has fair que times for new players, more so, you can transfer any level 40 character to it for free, so reroll, or quit, but stop complaining.

It's a censorship that feels more like this game has its roots in North Korea and not the South.

LOL. Entitlement, much? Let me tell you, pumpkin. Nothing you might experience on a message board is the equivalent at all of life under a totalitarian government. Please take a whole row of seats.
It was an analogy. Do you tell everyone who says "I'm bored to death" that they can't honestly die from being unstimulated? Can you feel my eyes roll.
If all the topics about them are removed with no notice to the original poster. While we agreed to the T.O.S, the level of censorship is getting almost insulting. More so, regarding peoples valid claims that $50 only buys you a very very small chance in getting Spellbind, or that it is only at the moment available from rng boxes. Most of these topics are not rage threads but are still removed, and not just closed, or redirected.

It's a censorship that feels more like this game has its roots in North Korea and not the South. How can the company or the players decide what action is most needed if we aren't really aloud to discuss it, or the feedback we get from the dev team is vague and mostly useless?

It's a non-browser issue, it's an account issue. I just logged onto two different accounts and could use the store in one, but not the other. It seems like a foreign IP block perhaps, or some other difference.

If the point values aren't showing up, different browsers won't help more then likely.

#1: Please don't tell me what I 'need' to do as an Elite and Founder.
#2: Please read:

Remember we changed out a ton of pieces behind the scenes to our platform as well with this launch so we are gradually stabilizing it. Load is certainly exacerbating the problem but it shouldn't be the cause.

That's from Knoxxer. Please do not assume you know the reason why things happen, you do not have the information that they have access to at their offices.

#3: If you're thinking of a snippy reply - I would suggest not bothering with it.

"Load is certainly exacerbating the problem" I just need to quote your quote as a reply. If you can't even say it's a non-issue, what's the point in disagreeing it's a issue that is fixable?
