I just got charged the renewal fee. At this point, I am really pissed.
Edit: Oh, and I have a digital copy, so these subscription aren't just for those who have a physical copy. It's amazing how they are trying to put the blame on their customers in all of their support and won't suck it up and admit they have made a huge mistake.
