Okay like I said I'm just returning to the game, again I am not complaining or asking for help that should have been clear, Though I appreciate the advice I've done every thing suggested here short of using live chat because it wasn't available at the time I re instated my subscription!
I simply thought this was an interesting topic and created a thread, It's a shame they removed their phone support option remember the customer support being a lot faster but it's clear they've cut back quite a bit.
How ever I think I will complain, A game master contacted me and added two days to my account because even though my credit card was cleared and even though I've already been billed it's taking a while to go through. I was told I would be able to log into the game yet I can't. And it still tells me..
