how can i get armor and weapons after island of dawn? do i just have to find it?

how do i get armor and weapons after island of dawn?? please help

hey i just got through playing on the island of dawn and on there they had vendors that would sell weapons on armor...and in the new city i got to they dont? do i just have to find my new armor and weapons or what??
