Fun game, horrendous customer service. Half the people who bought the game can't even play. Avoid for now IMO.


Customer service is overloaded but otherwise, it is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced.

Call in for telephone support. Live Chat is too full atm.

Most of the issues concern your account, not the game at all. If you can't log in for some reason, just call. They are very professional and will be available 24/7, unlike ANY mmo I know of.
So far it is very fun. I am only lvl 13 and have no trouble soloing my mystic.

The graphics surpass any mmo I have played in 12 yrs. I find the quests very easy and somewhat fast compared to other mmos.

I can't comment on dungeons yet, haven't played one.

As far as any problems, right now live chat is overloaded due to different issues. (read the forum for issues :) They should have everything cleared up in the next few days.

I love the game so far. Try out the trial version, if it is still available.

If you find that you have 2 accounts listed after purchasing CE, you must call in or live chat them about it.

My account showed 2 separate accounts, one for standard, one for CE. There should only be ONE account lised, the CE edition.

On my account, I had the standard expiring at a different time than the CE.

Support had to go in and deactivate the standard account. They moved my days to the CE account, but it still shows only 4 days game time.

They are working on repairing the game time to include an extra 30 days since we get 30 days free or included in the CE purchase.

They said to call them back if the 30 days doesn't appear in the next 3 days.

I hope I haven't confused anyone. LOL

To simplify it, if you have MORE than ONE acct. call Support and get them to help you. Otherwise, u will not be able to play the CE account.

Are you a GM? If so, what do I do about my CE set to expire today?
I had to change mine last night. I previously had monthy. I used the Edit payment option. It will take a few minutes to see the update.

I do have one problem which I am trying to fix atm. I purchased the digital CE. When I look at the account, it shows Standard with the correct expiration date, yet my CE is set to expire today.

I am waiting on phone and in live chat. I waited twice last night, 6 hrs then 6 more hours. I get to my turn in que and get this message: Agent is unavailable, try later.

I am not a happy camper.

Why is it only available to transfer to pvp servers? I don't see any pve.
Ingame, under Activities, on the menu bar......did u try it? I am about to try mine.
It is 3 fkin am.......going to bed. Tomorrow wont be any better.
I AM SO PISSED. Twice in que for 6 hours EACH FKin time. NO AGENT AVAILABLE
