I'll make this brief so you all don't have to read through a wall of text. Focus members have collectively agreed to invest their time in assisting lower level players struggling through content whether it be BAM quests, instance runs, or harder storyline quests outside or inside 5 mans you're having issues with.

Not everyone has had the opportunity to level up in a static group with the curve and we understand that. In the hopes of making sure we grow a healthy and large community on BC-PVP we basically want you to feel free to message any Focus member online if you're in need of help. This means something a 60 can solo for you to get you through to the next stage and on to the level cap where we want you to be. It isn't easy sometimes getting that group you need for an instance that no one is queuing for, or finding people for BAM quests in your area when not enough your level are online.

If the Focus member you contact isn't available to assist you, they will ask someone in guild chat to see if someone else is. If not, then later on that day or in the evening something can be arranged. Remember, this is something everyone is doing on their own personal time so be patient with requests. This is not a paid service, nor is it for anything PVP related. It is just something we have chosen to do in order to promote a better circle of friends and help those of you that need it.

all the pst guys in my guild are in while all the cst and est players are not....so what does that say lol
servers should be shut down and prob fixed faster but what do i know....might as well screw some of us and let the rest of the community level up and player sooner...cause thats fair and equal lol
just sad and very unprofessional
i find it funny those little tards who say "children" when we have legit gripes and we are adults

we can be disappointed it and voice it when this all should have already been fixed and we shouldnt be waiting for over a hour now for the to fix errors that were tested already

bottom line is this is a horrible start for a game in beta
seriously what did i pay for when i preordered?

why did i rush home from work and take off early from work when i preordered?

to sit with errors for 45 mins?
