Okay, no need to continue calling me fail. I made a thread, talking about my qualms on the subject of the Archer as I have seen them so far. It's beta and that's how things work. I'm not QQ'ing, and anytime it seems like it, its just comedic relief.
I'm loving this game. The warrior and slayer are top notch and I like them. I LOVE the Archer in PvE, and I will continue to play him and see what happens. My friends and I just enjoy PvP'ing and I was hoping to own their faces off as an Archer as I do in everything other game. Turns out, TERA doesn't work that way. haha
I like this game. A lot. Every complaint so far, has been nothing that could get me to stop playing. When you break it down, I'm having more fun with this MMO than I have in well over a year. Sure, there are some things to be tweaked. A couple bugs and balance changes needed fixing. Also, this IS beta. But overall, this is a very fun game. At first, combat was very simple and I'm getting used to it quite nicely, and I noticed that monsters are gradually getting tougher and requiring more attention. I think this is perfect EmE, if everything in this game ramps up like that, and I can truly build up and get better and enjoy this game like I have thus far, then you have me sold as a customer for a long time to come.
Next CBT, trying the Lancer and Priest out! Yeah! :D

Pretty sure it's just you. I haven't tried PvP yet, but in PvE I'm pretty much immortal. If I ever get hit it's my own fault for being lazy or careless. If I'm actually paying attention and being patient it's quite easy to kill stuff without ever being touched.
Yea, in PvE! It's totally awesome on that, but in PvP, its a lot different.

your gona have to wait till lvl cap to really expect what you say to be taken seriously.
it is a BAD idea to make any changes based on feedback from such a low lvl. pvp balance is going to suck now, i dont see how you could have expected anything else.

Seriously.
I get hit, and I run slower than my 1 month old cousin, and he can't even crawl yet.
I finally get some distance, and they're all over me, and I'd backstep, but they gave that a longer cooldown than dodge roll.
You also can't shoot arrows and move at the same time. Maybe that's part of the strategy, and that's fine in pve, but in pvp, it's awful.
They need fixed. I don't care how, I don't care in what way, fix it. My first duel, I just gave up because there was nothing I could do anyways. I love the archer in everything else, and I want to love it here, but so far, I just don't know.
