Hey All, I have great news. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me! I've been trying to create a new subscription for days as this is what Support kept telling me, but the setup subscription wasn't available since I had already created one and it said "Manage subscription" on their website. Through Manage Subscription, I was unable to create a new subscription.

What I did was try to log into the game so I would get the "Subscription Not Found Or Has Expired" error. Click on that actual error and it should bring you to the plan selection category. From there, I set up my subscription Again, and it actually kicked in the 30 day Free Trial on my account. it was no longer Expired, it now said 30 days from now!!

In case someone tries and it doesn't work, the only other thing my account had different was the sub was set to "cancelled" through online support. I don't know if this is required for this bypass to work, but I know that I'm finally playing the game again after 4 days of not being able to play.

Sounds like your massively butthurt of not being first. Nothing is gonna be done. Deal with it.


Nope I'm not, Sorry, I just started posting on this forum today.

Did you not read my previous posts saying I wasn't expecting to be the first? I'm not a hardcore player that takes days off of work to get these obscure acheivements.

All the Instances I've been in were either pick-up groups, or I wait till I can solo it. If I wanted server first, I'm sure I'd at LEAST have a guild.

Can we have more civilised replies?

You could also argue that the achievements were not fair to those that got to start their character in the open beta and headstart... It sucks that some accounts had problems but there's really no way to change it.


On the contrary, everyone had access to open Beta and if they pre-ordered, they had access to Head Start as well. There was no reason that prevented them from playing. For the current issue I and other players are facing, there is no work around. we are just requested to wait as everyone else is playing away and having fun.

Wow. Was an answer of such nature necessary? Like I said in my Original post. I would definately not be one to acheive these server firsts, but I believe in providing everyone an equal chance. Due to all the difficulties I and other people have had, I find it unfair for all of us which were impacted.

I just wish that En Masse either provides a compensation for the lack of service to these people.

Achievements are not meant for everyone, and it's obviously not meant for you. Some people like acheivements as it gives them a goal.

I think there are about 1 million other things I care about before the server first achievements. Oh, and before you say blah blah blah noob level up, I'm 60.


Haha, No Xaaz, I am not an elitist and won't bash your opinion, I know there are other things that are more important than achievements, I just find that it's unfair for some players that have experienced no issues.

I really like this game and I'd like my account problem fixed way before they'd look into this, but I just wanted to see what people thought.
Hey All,

I'm posting as I find that, due to the technical difficulties, I and other players have had disadvantages to receive achievements such as this one due to all the problems we've been receiving. I find it unfair that we didn't get the same chances as some others who have never gotten issues with their profile. I'm not saying that I would have been able to get a server first myself, but I'm voicing my opinion for the sake of all players experiencing these problems. I would like to know if they have any plans to make adjustements on the acheivement system, or what they will provide the people who haven't been able to connect for the last several days.

I contacted Help Desk and they have informed me that some players are experiencing yet another new issue for the account being expired.

but back to topic, Am I the only one that feels that I've been denied the chance of receiving some of these Server First Acheivement? I find maybe they could either provide either something to compensate the loss, of have some server first acheivements altered to be first 100 or something. These are simply Ideas that I'm throwing around.

What does everyone else think?
