Yes, very well. Should max out fairly easily.
I'm running a 470 on Very high(all but 2/3 bars maxed) with ~35/40 FPS. So a 560 should run ultra around 45 FPS, depends on the new texture pack though.
In a simple and easy to read format:
CBT 1->CBT 2->CBT 3->CBT 4->CBT 5->Complete Server Wipe of Everything->Character Creation for Pre-Orders -> OBT -> Head Start -> Launch
The ONLY wipe is just before Open Beta.
Side note: If you did not pre order, you will start a new character each Closed Beta, but regardless of what happens in CB, there will be a wipe before OB.
