Give up trying, i just did! Waste of 50 god damn dollars. That is okay, now i know what the companies that made this game are all about.

Well, I just had my last go at trying to play the game I PAYED FOR. GM says setting up a subscription will fix this error of not receiving my first 30 days with purchase of Tera.Too bad I have looked at every post made on subscription issues, and I do not want to put any subscription on. Not a single official post made about the ONGOING issue, where are your community reps? Your customers do not mean [filtered] to you apparently. A friend that bought this game two days ago also has his account showing as 2 days left before expiration.

In short, f.uck you.

I sat in queue for tech support for about 4 hours, they added 3 days to my account saying it would be fixed by the time the 3 days runs out. The 3 days are gone, and i can no longer connect again. The hell are you guys doing over there?

Not fixed. Not happy.

Well i was kinda unsure if i even wanted to play this game past the 30 day subscription that comes with the game. I guess the good folks at Tera made this decision for me!
