I actually ticketed a GM a long time ago to see if he could manually switch them for me. It bugs me that much. He said there was no way, but he told me to suggest the option on the forums.
If the server transfer cooldown wasn't 30 days, I would probably transfer characters back and forth to try and re-position them :P
It's a Lynch Pin, level 50 bow. I think its a world drop, as the instances around that level drop different templates. I used Lynch Pin as a template for a long time on my 60 Archer.

Im not buying MWA from the store either. I dont spend money for a "chance" to + my gear. its a retarded system that will bring untold amounts of whining when one guy spends $20 and gets +12 and another one spends $100 just to stay at +9. rng for money? count me out
Even if you don't buy the MW Alkahest from the Cash Shop and use it yourself, people will buy it and put in on the Trade Broker for some easy gold. There will be an ample supply on the market, making it much more affordable for you in-game. If they don't intend to make it available in the Cash Shop, they need to take action and place it back on the Specialty vendor, or greatly increase the quantity as drops from instances. With the limited supply we have now, prices are reaching up to 80 or 90 gold each.
