Decreasing the hitpoints didn't make it any harder to survive, the monsters in that level range are simply too easy as they are now for hitpoints to make a difference.
Now I have to make an Elin warrior at launch, that pirate eye patch is so cute!
What race were you playing? As an Elin, my eye colors were determined by the face I chose, not the hair style or color.

Did you bother to read the tooltips for each slider? One of them specifically states controlling the amount of things like grass on the field.
I checked all slider and it wasn't any of that sort. So I hope somewhat in the future, that they will introduce a slider for foliage.

I've always been a fan of the idea of buying costume pieces purely for show, I never liked costume pieces that actually had stats. I like that helmets will be a vanity item, but I'll be very displeased if they offer a statistical advantage, however small it may be, over someone who doesn't wear one.

I just wanted to know if you were certain. As long as L3 never clicked, I believe you.
I suggest trying both programs out when the next beta starts and see if your movement issue persists. You might even try rebinding or unbinding the auto-run because it might be that the program you're using makes the analog buttons sensitive to the point that clicking isn't required to register a press.

Can't you change what ALL of the buttons do anyway? If that's the case, having square and triangle swapped isn't really an issue.
On the other hand, are you sure you weren't accidently tapping L3 while you were moving? It's also possible that the program you're using has more serious flaws than the one you griped about.

I think that depends too much on what someone's idea of a hard mode instance is. In SWTOR, the hard mode versions of all of the flashpoints are lv50 instances. If this kind of hard mode were applied to Tera's instances, then ideally the drops from hard mode versions of earlier instances would statistically be the same as the drops from hard mode versions of later instances.
Again though, that depends on how one would define a hard mode instance and what I described may not be something that Tera would use.
Giving low level instances harder mode to get higher tiered items that will be out level after few quests seems not worth the hassle. Maybe for end game yes, but I only tried CBT2 so I can't say if they already planning this or not.

I think one of the existing sliders is indeed a foliage slider, it just doesn't go high enough. o_O
