Going into open I had my mind dead set on priest. I've been playing tanks in MMOs for years and giving the healing side ago sounded awesome. Class started ok, got to the first instance and fell in love. With out a doubt it was the class for me.

Then a rolled a Zerker ( the class that interested me the least ) with a bud just to hang with him and realized my love for the priest was nothing but puppy love. The damn charge attacks that looked so stupid and boring ended up being the cupids arrow in my MMO heart.

Before I walked into secret base I thought this game is alright. Then I healed the instance and fell in love. The second one thus far is alot harder....
I've seen a lot of threads with people talking about ping acting like anything over 100ms is bad. In most games I average 230ms – 280ms ( haven't had a chance to try tera yet ). I know its not great but is it really that bad? Even in online shooters I haven’t found it to be that noticeable an issue. I plan to play a priest, wondering if I'm walking into a painful situation with that ping or if people are just being over dramatic.
1. explain to my coworkers ( mainly my boss ) that unless that unless the world is blowing up don't call me over the weekend.

Played almost every major MMO in the past 6 years normally under the names Vartul or Selvar. Working on studying Japanese with the goal of moving over seas preferably to teach. I love anime but overall more interested in anything Japanese preferably things not tinted in a anime colored lens. Also listen to lots of music, <3>ve always been a tank but to change things up going to give a priest a go as healing looks pretty fun here ( anyone needs a healer hit me up ).

Getting bored of tab targeting systems and SWTOR lost its appeal after only a few months. I've always played tanks and DPS so while looking at healers in various MMOs I saw the Tera priest and fell in love. Didn't get a chance to play the beta so I'm crossing my fingers that I don't regret the pre-order .
