They actually login screen, when he opens the game and enters his emal and pw.. logs in and clicks the blue log in button, it turns grey...

Ya, srsly.

The question is very poorly-worded. What do you mean "TERABETA". Is that his password? That's what I make of it based on what you said. What should happen:

1) Click launcher icon. Launcher opens.

2) Login screen appears. Enter email and password.

3) Login screen returns if error or continues to download and patch if successful.

4) Red-orange play button appears at top-left. If greyed-out, game is still patching or loading. Click play to start game client.


TERABETA, as in enter the code... For the beta, instead of buying, self explanatory...

He made a TERA account at our school, he is currently trying to log in, he logs in-game and nothing happens, the login button turns grey, he made the tera account using "TERABETA", anyone had this issue? Please help Admins/community.
I deleted my 20 berz, now I'm playing a warrior. Berz are bad till 50+
Please add.
