There are still non-GW2 players spelling doom and gloom for GW2? lol GW2 is an enormous success. Certainly, it is the most successful MMO since WoW's release. GW2 hasn't dropped out of Amazon's Top 10 Selling PC Games since launch. That is just a hint of how successful the game really is.
Unlike TERA...
Once FF14 and Gw2 fail properly it will change the mmo market from what it is now into what it used to be, small budget graphically crappy games with few updates.

This isn't going to affect ArenaNet at all. ArenaNet is actually hiring for more people because they are going to be releasing huge amounts of content monthly... something that is obviously impossible for TERA.

GW2 definitely lived up to the hype for me. I'm also really excited for Elder Scrolls Online.

NCSoft now has new reasons to hate them; they're completely killing City of Heroes/Villians not giving paying VIPs a refund and refuse to sell the IP to anyone. I tremble at the thought if they decide to do the same thing to people who paid/play Guild Wars 2 if it falls on its face.

That is quite sad. I would say it's "low" if that's all they have to really advertise.

This would be a real low for EnMasse if they were to use sex to be able to sell the game. It may bring in new players, but really... it sounds like you're wanting EnMasse to prostitute its game to bring in the bucks because it has the extremely sexualized characters. Might as well just have them make promotional videos of just high elves jumping up and down in bikinis.
Perhaps EnMasse knows what its doing and how they want to market the game. There's a reason why MMOs don't use sex to sell... because it would be seen as a "trashy" MMO that needs to use sex to be able to sell the game. Forget the awesome dungeons, amazing PvP, intriguing and emotional storyline, etc. etc... use the sex!

Umm... I have played all 3 betas and every single stress test and have clocked in about 150 hours of game time so far. I have also been following and reading up on everything GW2 from videos to articles since 2011. Does that give any weight to what I say about GW2?
Ahh [filtered] it. GW2 launches in a FEW HOURS!!!!!! :D Have fun in TERA! I am so glad that I never paid more than the original box for that game.
The worst part about GW2 are all the NON Guildwars people who doesn't even understand it trying to explain the game like they know what it's even about or even going on.
I haven't heard or read a review yet from an actual GUILDWARS PLAYER with HOM points.
