I do agree with the stiffer penalties but there really isn't much that can be done at the moment with only one LFD tank class unless you find a group on your server without using LFD in the first place.

The changes to allow Warriors to be better tanks IS on the way. Just a matter of WHEN we actually get that update, as it was just announced a few weeks ago that it was going to be in development and released with Queen of Argon part 2 patch (the patch with battlegrounds). So, while it might be a little far off, just wait a little bit of time and Warriors will be able to queue as tanks.

Bluehole is currently working on it and we will get it shortly after it is released in Korea so just be patient(to much to ask, I know.) or run groups with your guild, if at all possible, to avoid the Lancers that feel they can do whatever they want with no penalties at all.

Normally I don't post on forums but I'm seeing this far to much to just let it go. Don't blame EME for only having 1 "effective tanking class" because EME had NOTHING to do with it. EME is not the developer of Tera, Bluehole is.

As for Warrior tanking, a Warrior tank, played correctly, can tank just as well as a Lancer can, but the problem is that MOST people that want to Warrior tank are awful at it. It isn't the class, it is the player itself, but Bluehole has announced that on the next major content patch, QoA part 2, Warriors are getting more tools to make tanking easier.
