Well I don't farm gold, I solo LoT and ET. Do that for a challenge.

I'm wondering if we can get them back -if- we win a term in the future. Or something like that -_- it's just annoying having to farm again for any future terms when 40k was wasted because of this merger.

This is to prevent the new registration period kicking in on Friday as we prepare for the server merges next week. We will be actively refunding the gold and Catharnach awards for the current vanarchs since their term got cut short, and the uncollected taxes will be mailed automatically.
Another point to note is that until new vanarchs are elected, we will manually enable all vanarch vendors in all zones for your convenience.
Every election night my guild spends all 84,000 Policy Points necessary to open the shops for 4 weeks without interruption. Any chance on getting the wasted points back?
I would like to know this as well. My guild turned in those 84,000 within an hour of Vanarch Term starting >_> I also would like to know of the reward for Top Vanarch will be dispersed at all for this term or was all my guild's hard work for nothing?
Why would you get them back? Policy points are reset after each voting period, so even if you do win vanarch again on the new server (something you might not do), you would still start off with the stock 1000 points.

This is just unfair to the smaller servers, there shouldn't just be ONE PvE and ONE PvP server. I'm all for putting smaller servers together, but there's no reason to put every single server together. How are guilds from smaller servers going to attempt at Vanarch when guilds from larger servers will have more support because they already have a larger portion of the population? What about lag in Nexus? There's only one channel for Nexus, it's laggy enough as it is in a small server, some people won't even be able to attend a nexus with all the servers merged into one PvE and one PvP.
No, you're wrong, I'm sorry. NPC had shops open for the entire term in less than 24 hours during the 3rd circle of Vanarchs. I checked. So within that 24 hours, NO OTHER guild had everything up in that quick of a manner.
Yes, if you look at the current Vanarchs at this moment, there are MANY guilds who have their services up for the entire term. My point is that NPC was able to do that within 24 hours of becoming Vanarch.
If you really have proof otherwise from the FIRST 24 hours of the 3rd term of Vanarchs, yes I would like to see it. I kept track of all the rank 1 Vanarchs in each continent the moment I figured out what it meant. So based on that, I know for a fact that NPC had extended brokers/trainers/specialty stores for the entire 3 week term in less than 24 hours. My entire point is that no other guild during THIS TERM was able to extend services for the entire term in less than 24 hours
I don't see why this is such a big deal to you. I'm proud of what my guild has done. It's our first
Vanarch and we had no points prior to open anything. I didn't even know how to open anything when I first became Vanarch. And then less than 24 hours later, everything was open until Aug. 3, which is the end of our Term. I see no wrong in stating that, and I know it's true. And I have many people who can back me up for it. But please, if you really have proof, I would like to see it. I compared Vanarch points with all the rank 1 Vanarchs, and we had maxed "Authorize NPC" and "Policy Points" before ANYONE else. That is how I know that no one else had extended shops for the entire term.

Okay, I will edit it. Because for the 3rd circle of Vanarchs, no other guild matched us. I know because I checked the Vanarch points. Thank you for clarifying :) I'm not blind, it'd be quite difficult to play Tera if that was the case. xD
Feel free to showcase, I don't care :) It's nice to know that other guilds are able to do it.

Hello everyone! I'm Wena. I'm the current guild leader of Neo Persona Collective.
I've made previous posts in these forums before I was handed the the spot of Guild Leader. I haven't kept up with my attempts to recruit and gain support in the elections via these forums, so here I am :)
Let's get to the point shall we?
About Neo Persona Collective - The old guild leader and his girlfriend had started a steam community with this name. The wanted a play on words with "NPC" because they're pretty much in every MMO. So they came up with Neo Persona Collective. This means literally, "New Group of People"
We're a mainly casual guild, but our level 60s are involved in end game content as well. We're VERY social. We have a guild Ventrilo server and Website/Forums.
The guild is run mainly by me and my boyfriend (Fait) and a few trusted officers. I host guild events when I can, out of our own pockets. We also plan on hosting server-wide events in the future.
All that is really required is to be active, have an open mind, a sense of humor, and don't be a stranger. We also encourage guild members to help each other out as much as they can. We have a huge variety of guild members with different backgrounds and personalities, so be prepared to be bombarded by our stronger personalities, but don't be scared :)
We always have open recruitment, provided that there is space in the guild.
If you want to whisper me or on of my characters, we'll be there to answer any questions you may have.
My Characters:
Wena
Fake
Gentle
Officers (and alts):
Fait (Real)
Zach (Moral)
Nanohaa
Melfie
Datoss
And last but not least, about voting for us for Vanarch.
NPC won the Vanarchy for Westonia for the 3rd circle of Vanarchs. It was our first Vanarch title, and we came through with our promise to keep the region alive. In less than 24 hours of being Vanarch, my guild and I were able to get enough policy points to get ALL brokers, trainers, Noble Clerics of Restoration, and specialty stores up for the ENTIRE term. No other guild during the 3rd circle of Vanarchs has been able to keep services open for the entire term in that quick of a manner. My guild and I are dedicated to continuing to provide this quality of service.
We are running for Vanarch in the North Shara continent for the 4th Circle of Vanarch. We hope that we get your continued support!

Citan of Neo Persona Collective is running for Vanarch of Arcadia. If that awesome poster isn't enough to convince you to vote for him, consider this!
After learning the ropes at the Island of Dawn, citizens of Tera embark to Arcadia. It is here they run their first instance, fight against their first BAM, and form their first parties. Arcadia is sacred starting ground to the true nature of Tera. As such, Arcadia should offer levelers only the best to support their journey through Tera. If you vote for Citan of Neo Persona Collective he will make sure that Arcadia stays as it should: a peaceful, shop filled area offering the full amenities of Tera. Protect the Tera of tomorrow. Protect Arcadia. Vote Citan for Vanarch.
Also, we're recruiting for NPC :) We are all super friendly and helpful, and if you are too, then join us!
Guild Vent
Guild Bank is always full
Active members, with the entire spectrum of levels so you'll always have someone to quest with!
Guild website is in the works :)
Don't forget, VOTE FOR CITAN!
