heres some solution, if you are behind a router, trigger port 1001 like this:

trigger start 999-1001/trigger end 999-1001....and open port 999-1001/close port 999-1001.
was getting from 150 kb...to about 950kb/s -1.3 mb/s.

hi all, i have some questions about the launcher-toolbox, it says that my system not meet the
requirements to play Tera, only thing i see that could be a problem is Vista Direct x, as far as
i know Vista has DX 10 and is a part of the OS. so probally im not able to install another DX version, but im not sure, the toolbox also dont recognize my graphics card.

system: Vista 32-bit 4 gb ddr 3 Radeon HD5570 Phenom II X4 955 4X 3200 mHZ.
matrox 500 gb, WD 250 gb

its not the newest system but ill played most mmos smoothly, but is it recommend to play
whith DX 9 or is this not a problem? otherwise im forced to use another OS maybe.
