Just wanted to say that Treeshark's solution worked for me. My original Tera installer was downloaded from an official torrent. After first successful patch I was stuck with "Source file was corrupted" when applying patch "Game_29to32". After copying two files mentioned above, I was able to successfully apply that patch after which launcher downloaded and applied patch "EN_66to76" (if I remembered correctly).

P.S. Oh and patch "Game_-1to32" (yes, the 23 gig one) doesn't work with the new installer.

I agree with most of OP's points. Would love if Zerker animations AFTER attacks would be greatly improved in speed. They just take too long before being able to do another attack or block/dodge. Zerkers are pretty slow, so a skill that purges debuffs would be nice. Also some skill attacks imo need invulnerability frames (like when you're in the air while doing Flatten for example). Buff skills sould all be castable while on the move and preferably without animation or with a really fast one.

Well, EME had lots of network/connection issues in the past, present and will continue having issues in the future. The problem is that Korean devs have the game itself built around their country's godly internet infrastructure. It's my speculation, but I bet it isn't too far from the truth.

The only thing from Elite status that is appealing to me are additional daily quests. If it had reduced dungeon cooldowns (even when using instance matchmaking system), I would consider it. Other stuff Elite offers is useless to me.

In BIOS disable "Cool and Quiet" feature (computer will use more electricity) and try these tweaks:

If you can OC your CPU then do it. I have a more powerful cooling fan than a stock CPU fan, so I am able to run my AMD CPU 400 MHz faster than normally (AMD CPUs doesn't like to be OC'd much).
