My server depends on whether my friend from Canada joins, but I'd prefer to do a PvE server. Though if you're opening you guild to a newb like me I'm sure I'll make a character for jagged Coast and join your guild.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the MMO scene completely & I heard that starting off with Tera would be hard but I've decided to accept the challenge. That being said I feel the need to add that I'm also serious about the gameplay, I'm not just interested in proving a point.
So if anyone could help me out or teach me a few of the basics I'd be happy to accept. I'm not really sure about most of the terms I've read but I'm a fast learner so I hope to enjoy my time in TERA with everyone and have fun!
I'm from NA and I must say I've always prefered art from JP.
When I saw the NA Elin I was sold because I never actually saw the faces I was watching TradeChat do a Beta with Chiib on Youtube. The costumes were cute and short.
But after seeing the Japanese and Korean version I think I'd prefer those Elin, they're much cuter and better looking. Also I'm a huge fan of Moe. So I'm hoping EME will allow those of use who chose to use JP skins.
Me being a noob I think I'd prefer to play what I like.
Either way you go, racials won't help you when it comes to high level pvp and if you're skilled player they shouldn't mater in a pve/pvm setting either.
That's why my main character will be Elin, i haven't chosen a class yet but I have a few days. Though from the look of things, Elin will probably be the Queen race.
I also plan on having a High Elf and Castanic character though.
