I can't believe I have been a sucker for such a long time, but it sure feels good to finally cut all ties.

Let's be objective here; the only ones who would most likely come on the forums and discuss about the enchanting system are those who got really lucky, and those who did not.

Certainly, there are really, really unlucky people around, but they are by and large a minority. The enchanting system works mostly as intended - it is not easy to reach +9, or +12, but you do see tons and tons of +9s around, and quite a few +12s.

I don't think the system should be changed simply because a few unlucky individuals are dealt a bad hand. Is it fair that almost everyone else has +9 while you are stuck with +8? Of course not. But should EME change the entire enchanting system because a few people got unlucky? I certainly hope not.

We can argue about skill vs. luck all day long, but there's room for both in this game - it takes skills to obtain the gear, and luck to enchant it.

Who knows, maybe your next enchant will be the one to bring your gear up another level...
Perhaps I'm just old-schooled, but I think every class should focus on one thing and one thing only.

Let the actual tank do the tanking, healer do the healing, etc...

I rather have specialized classes that are spectacular at one thing, than a bunch of hybrid classes that are competent at everything...
But if you make 3/8 classes tanks, 2/8 classes healers, it would lead to a massive shortage of DPS.

If warriors/zerkers can tank as well as lancers, and output much greater DPS, who would roll as lancer?

Yes, this current situation needs to be addressed, but giving DPS classes couple taunts and call them "tanks" is not the solution...
There are no repeatable quests for reputation points. All the reputation quests are one off, and the repeatable only give xp.

There are certain mobs that give reputation points for different factions, most notably all the mobs in Val Kaeli give reputation points/credits to Valsekyr Hunt, but no, you can't do repeatables to obtain reputation points.
You get better looking bows later on.

I really like the design of the various 58/60 bows...

The simpler bow design for lower levels also help to make the higher level bows stand out, not a bad thing imo.
Probably just your bad luck.

Last run, boss got spiked multiple times, got gold plate chest and gold leather gloves...
There are non-combat pets available in game right now.

Once you hit lvl60, you can acquire the quests from the hands of velika to obtain those pets (cat, leopard, tiger, etc), and they each require a different reputation item from the various factions.

You need to reach Revered status with the said faction, and those pet items cost ~1500 faction credits.

Players spend the majority of their time at max level in MMORPG's.
Developers spend the majority of their time creating the beginning to mid game of MMORPG's.

See the disconnect?
See why everyone always complains?

MMORPG's need to be developed from the top down.

If there is a lack of content in the lower levels and it's too boring, well you just increase the exp gain, then scale it back up once players hit the content marker.

You do realize the reason why they do this is because they do not expect people to hit max level in a week. Some people play alot and that is fine it's their choice what they want to do with their lives but you or they cannot expect that devs will cater to them, they are the very small minority. The majority of us are still in our 20's, 30's, and 40's even.

They should never start a game from the top down, that is just crazy talk from someone who obviously has not a clue about developing a game.

Yet I cannot, for the life of me, understand why they would disable the Nexus system.

For those who have reached 59, they should be able to do the Nexus quests to earn those precious Agnitor points, not wasting time grinding for some soft fey hair....
Well, I farmed all the way to 60 solo, as an archer.

Skipped all the BAM quests, but did take all the other normal quests from almost all the outposts.

The quest system is nice in that if you complete a single outpost (excluding BAM quests), you will get a final quest leading you to another outpost, or some remote location with quest giving NPC. If you follow this pattern, you'll end up with some awesome titles and tons of bonus xp.

For the non-soloable campaign quests, you can simply que up as you grind for other main/side quests, I completed 60 with ~70m xp in quests to spare, so it's definitely doable.
