Public Enemy will be running for Vanarch. We will be running for Halkan District...Reason i choose that is mainly for Nexus. My guild will always be there to help server do full clear and have Traverse open to those who wants to run it with thier raid team...I will have taxes at lowest possible and will keep things running for everyone to use.
