Have the same problem still waiting to hear back from CS first time they gave me a 3 day extension on play but i haven't been on last few days as been since the 6th to hear back from CS.
All you gotta do is submit some chat logs area spam, screenshots etc to like Fox news and it will end up on like Oreiley or something and they starrt a boycott etc that will get the attention you want.

Failed payment error also today and im using same credit card that my subscription is setup on. I called my cc company no problems there and plenty of balance on card.
Update to tera support site they no longer give refunds.

I updated my account added a subscription 2 days ago and it charged me for the first 30 days. It did nothing to my account as it still marked as trial and expired and it wont let me enter any game codes it says no subscription found error when i try.
Needless to say i cannot login to the game even when i have purchased the game and was wrongfully charged for my free 30 days this complete crap.
Oh and i have ticket into support that is going on 2 days old now with no response.

I sent in a ticket this morning because I was charged 14.99 not the 0 you say and the website says still waiting to hear back from support and since i was charged for my free 30 days nothing has changed and i have no access to the game.
I just got my email this morning after setting subscription yesterday that my account was upgraded from trial and i was charged 14.99 for it. I did not get the 30 days free and my account still says trial and has expired. I sent a ticket in couple of hours ago but response yet.
