Ohhhh, so a reply on a thread buried in general chat is how you announce problems, gotcha.
My bad. God forbid you make an announcement for the people having problems. Guess they will have to go searching for it.

It isn't like we pay for the game and expect to be able to play it, or perhaps given a bit of warning. I should not have to go reading a multi-page thread for an answer. And before you ask, yea I am irritated. This crap should never happen, and if it does, the customer base should be made aware of it. A simple announcement that there is a problem and we are aware of it in a place where players don't have to go searching through 1000's of threads isn't too much to ask.
I would expect posters to be snarky, but a PR manager...leaves a bit to be desired of your job performance.
