Actually i am right i had this problem and i fixed it by guess what turning off speedstep now granted i was getting 30FPS in citys and dropping to zero fps at random with low fps everywhere else and i know it wasnt my system spec. And btw this is a UNREAL3 game which unreal 3 engine CPU based not GPU look up how much of your cpu is used by the game compared to how much your gpu

Actaully this has nothing to do with your GPU supprising i know... this game is cpu based the inteli speed step(cool and quit for you amd users) does not agree with the game that well disabling them in your bios should fix the heavy fps drop(did for me)

because your friends rushed to end game and expected to see it completely translated... hey i got a idea i am gonna rush to lvl 60 instead of enjoying the story line(which is [filtered] awesome in this game btw) then complain when i am stuck with nothing to do because the game company like to punish people with no life's

go into your bios and turn off speed step there problem solved this game hates amd and intel power saving options

Go into your bios and turn speedstep off if your are running a intel based processor for some reason this game hates that setting before i forgot to turn speed step off on my i5 2500k thats at 4.4ghz fps drops and horrible fps in groups(5-10) i turned it off and boom constant 80-60 fps no mater where i am at
