so im on day 4 of trial i want this game but seeing it for $16 on ebay with an exclusive mount im not gonna pay $40 here. i am however willing to spend $30 via the 25% coupon code if anyone has a unused one i can have.


i have a friend who might try it where do u get coupon codes
I have the following

Flatten (both of them they are nice, keeping them)
Axe Block + mana
Hastened Cyclone (still necessary after patch?)

Next up is either the dash thing, which would seem cool, but pvp is rare generally and youd be eating mana just to press it "just cause' or going down the thunderstrike route which atm i dont use TS that much but that might seem like the most bang for buck factor.

totally random all these "changes" people are making are bogus i just reopened now suddenly and its patching.

Its clearly a server side thing not queuing properly.

well i think its a server side thing personally so reinstalling would only possibly trigger the randomness we are seeing with random things people are doing.

Id wager we'l see this go away suddenly when someone with some accountability there figures out the problem.
i think so far the only thing that is consistent is the client relaunch to trigger the update which dictates that only a portion of their update servers have the update, yet the main client is patched and rejecting older versions.

frustrating as I am not a big fan of restarting etc over and over again.

Perhaps EN Masse can throw up somewhere to run this manually.
yeah i think people are likely triggering the update by "doing anything" rofl i bet if i go get a cup of coffee the smell will trigger it :)

I guess that the investment of a download queue here is missing or not working.
i noticed something as well now the server select thing starts heating up my card/computer. anyone notice this?

It's not even patching is why.

As I say I'm going to try reinstalling as a Vanilla copy of the game will at leat attempt to patch itself.


or you could read our suggestion above think that does that without requiring reinstall (Tools>Repair game install)
I am running tools>"repair game install" and i will let anyone know if this does anything as the run as admin thing didnt do anything for me.

ATM its siting on verifying and "appears" to be running the patch. I could be wrong could be just part of the repair thing it does by default.
