If you've purchased from a retailer other than the En Masse store, you must enter your game code and also purchase a subscription through EME.
valasca has a point i dont even read the quest but im still having fun
did you claim the subscription you set up?

I don't get why everyone hates the idea of rated arena? How does it effect the overall game if you don't like them. I think it would be awesome to be able to have a rating for people to know how good/bad I am at pvp.
