I actually mean all other dungeons as i have actually ran all other dungeons more times than i care to ...(cept things like lothm and ethm which pretty much sits at 0......). mchm has set aggro patterns, so it's not all that weird. Just have to know when they kick in and when stealing aggro will trigger them. And SJG is just constantly fighting crystal for aggro, not a biggy.
And with KN raid, i don't really think it's that i'm always at threat ceiling because i have join late (or during early runs where i just run back in) it's still to pull aggro even tho i wasn't there for 1/2 the fight. But like i said, it could just be me... but that's really the main reason i mention kn raids. I always feel that I can sit out for 10 mins and just go in and pull aggro with one solid skill rotation, which is not necessary possible with other bosses.
And according to Gangaloo's theory on aggro, other dps doing damage doesn't make your aggro drop faster. According to it, everyone drops at same rate, and all dps generate the same amount of threat per damage unless other wise mentioned before taking modifiers into account among others.
ps: maybe i should clarify myself. I know i keep saying switching aggro, but most of these experiences i are from me taking aggro rather than giving it up. Sure, i can taunt it non stop until it's time to give it up, and the other lancer will usually still be able to pull off me w/ one taunt most of the times (sometimes an extra hit helps), but most of these experiences are things like me coming back in, or me joining late run between the two tanks, and it doesn't really take much to pull off them. And even tho i'm attacking longer in KN raid, I'm taunting less (no real need) and I haven't really notice any dps pulling boss (there was 1 or 2x? aggro came right back as soon as i start attacking harder). I could have swarm i remember some dps criting soo hard in other dungeons it takes 2 taunts to get it back... what happen to all of that?
But like i said, I haven't done KN raids as much as other places, so maybe after 100 or so runs, i'll start seeing the same things i do in other dungeons. It's a game, so I'm not really ever going to test and formulate anything, but just saying, doesn't feel quite the same as other "normal" bosses/bam.
pss: i personally believe raid (more people) has an affect on aggro generation/decay, but just going along with gangaloo as he has done tests and ...well...i'm just telling what i've experienced which isn't the whole picture.
