srsly whats happening to the regular bg now? they made this fair and balanced bg now for all the people who are never online for Nexus/Have better [filtered] to do than grind that crappy lag-fest and now all we have left in the regular bg is like 10-15man full guild premades that que together, this [filtered] is seriously [filtered] ridiculous, ive even been queing with 160+ 5man premades but we just end up getting rolled over by some 10-15man full guild premade in full vm.....The fair and balanced bg sounds like a waste of time, i didnt slave days and nights to craft/enchant my gear to not be able to one shot Fraywind geared nubs until they stop doing BGs entirely.....and the regular bg now has become a competition of how many of ur guild members u can get on ur team to zerg the other unorganized side with, srsly it's the same as before, but now my ego's bruised. Please give me back my undergeared ego boosting cannon fodder players

As a person who's been playing since release and has only been able to attend a handful of Nexus' ever, I'm overjoyed by this change.

(I get off work early in the morning, EST)

I consider myself to be a "skilled" Warrior and Priest, but I absolutely cannot overcome someone with all +12 Conjunct. (Unless I exploit the hell out of Flinch-locking people, which isn't skillful at all) And now maybe my Priest won't be singled out by a Conjunct archer and downed in 10 seconds, or instantly if he crits.

Mega props to EME for lookin' out for the little guy.

But don't worry, you can still pug-stomp Fraywind geared premades.
I don't know about you lads, but I'm lovin' this event.

Everyone rallying up and yelling at Knoxx for posting. It's like I'm in Disneyland.

That's exactly what they're doing. Not going to give them the satisfaction, even though I did try a code and get one on a whim.

The worst blizzard of the year is hitting where I live. So the winter battleground will still work. I wish they'd take away the stupid cooldown on bombs though so we can do bgs with bombs again.


That's unimportant and arbitrary. EMEs time would be better spent modeling African Neck Rings for High Elfs and Tail Ribbons for Elins.

After I receive my Ribbons and Rings, we can converse about trivial matters such as bomb cooldowns and actual content which will not immediately generate income.

Until then, I urge you to sit back down and wait until your number is called.
