I didn't read every page ha ha, but it is interesting to note that the MMO Age of Conan also has a Rated M rating (For Gore and Nudity). Mortal Online is worse. Legal implications arguments are a moot point. I think the idea behind undergarments (or less) not being the default is simply the desire for a wider audience. Could be wrong of course.
Hope they can fix this soon...
Preorders are supposed to be able to play the game today, correct? ...just checkin.
Hopefully I won't get flamed too badly, but having gankers adds a thrilling aspect to a game. I do think there needs to be some moderation in TERA though.
As already mentioned to death here and elsewhere, the safety dance (sorry couldn't help myself) needs to be removed (in some way) from outlaws. I don't mind getting killed by overwhelming pvp scenarios, hell it makes the game tense and fun. But... (1) getting jumped in the open world by outlaws who are blocking a path is very different from (2) being at a quest hub - where the outlaw, for the most part, is literally "unattackable." Again, I enjoy the first one, and I expect it in PVP. But the second one does not provide a real means of public policing. And furthermore, we would be blind to think that using the second method is "a CB only" thing. Come on, we are gamers - and there are many of us who can and will use whatever we can get away with. This is why the outlaw safety dance needs to be (again in some way) removed.

I wonder how long the availability of other channels will last? If I remember right that feature is mostly geared for the release and not the ideal later state of the game. Could be wrong of course.

Just as already mentioned many times, keep them in game, it adds a face to the crafters, and we can toggle them off if irritated.
Leave the enchant as is. Like it or not, this IS a gear-based game. A change to equalize enchantments would logically also demand an overhaul to gear discrepancy and perhaps even a way to equalize level discrepancy. This IS an unfair game pvp-wise as are many OWPvP games. Personally, I am quite okay with this. I expect to have drastically uneven fights all the time.
And frankly, if we got rid of the RNG money sink of the enchants, we would have to implement something like a gear breaking/drop system akin to EVE Online, because there needs to a financial balance (sink) somewhere. I have never understood the utter hatred that RNG receives. It seems to stem from a populace that thinks they should never have unfair things happen to them in a game.

Already been said before elsewhere, but -
In some way remove/alter the safety of specific safe zones for the reds. Again, in some way, their protection should be limited, and perhaps (perhaps) even kos by certain guards.
That said, I am against the removal of unfair pvp scenarios - pking, just like other unfair elements, should stay. Since this is a gear heavy game, discrepancies of level, it can be argued, parallel discrepanices of gear quality. If they remove pking and limit pvp to near same levels, it is logical that the same should be done with equipment. Furthermore, it might be a stretch, but, guild size discrepancy could even be tagged pvp unfair as well.
The ironic thing is that my main will be on a pve-rp server - (maybe). But when I play pvp - I expect danger, I expect to die during unfair scenarios, and I will be damned if I don't enjoy those tense moments. This might sound illogical to some, but when I played lineage II sometimes the most exciting times were not when I knew I could beat some guys, they were specifically when I questioned whether I could beat the odds, or better yet - when I knew I could not. Those moments made for some incredible memories. I don't care if they are stacked against me, I WANT the unfair scenarios.
All subjective opinion of course.

I understand that. I like more customization too. Perhaps if they only gave a -few- inches of height & weight that were scalingly appropriate to the races - again preset options. I think that would be enough to add a hint of variety. Something like 3 preset height & 3 weight options.
