Since I have responsibilities in RL and work 6 days a week, I probably won't make it too far by May 1. I suspect that I'll be lvl 30-35 or so. Unfortunately, I just can't spend 10+ hours a day playing a game. I'd lose my business and my family would revolt.

You'll understand when you get older. 4-6 hours is a lot of time in an MMO when you have to participate in RL.

So it just me or are these quests horribly uninspired? The writing, events, everything is blah for me and having like 15 sidequests at a time... while I realize they help you level... just bores me to tears. Well, I haven't actually cried but I have dozed off a few times during "questing." While I know that most MMO's follow this type of gopher-style questing, I've already experienced it in those games and am loathe to re-experience it through Tera.

I do like the action combat, dungeons, graphics and "armor" outfits. I just don't think I can play and continue to read the boring quests. "Kill 10 x, come back, go kill 10 y, come back..."

The quests that have been instances have been a lot of fun however, and I do like the BAM's as well. Maybe I'll do mostly main story quests and BAM's.

Your thoughts? Especially from the people who find the quests to be highly engaging and challenging.

I'll bet that there won't be any of those people.
